Sonography has become a standard as an additional examination for many issues. It is a painless and safe method of diagnosis that can be very highly significant. Requirement is not only a latest device with a high resolution image, but also the experience of the examiner. Our unit is one of the most advanced sonograhic equipment and has many technical refinements. We are able to assess both the internal organs, as well as the vascular status. Using a special method of Doppler sonography, the vascular system, e.g. in front of a varicose vein surgery, or the carotid artery system can be assed regarding a possible stroke risk.
We use sonography as a screening test and for follow-up investigation.

Through many years of experience in vascular surgery, we can assess the vascular system of the patient competently. The focus is not only on physical examination, but also on our duplex color Doppler sonography with our most modern sonographic instrument.

The assessment of the deep venous system and the arteries is obligate before a varicose vein surgery!

Spider veins can also have an origin which can be detected by sonography. Through this detection injections are made possible.

Due to your many years of professional experience we offer a wide range of ambulant surgery which are comfortable for the patient. Together we decide whether you are able to stay at home after surgery or not. 



The advantage of ambulant surgery is that you will be in direct contact with your surgeons. The possibility of hospital admission in an emergency situation exists. We take care of the preparation, the surgery and aftercare. We strive to maintain the prescribed schedule of treatment with no waiting.
